Au Gratin Potatoes

Ingredients
- 10-12 Large Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 6 TBSP Butter
- 6 TBSP Flour
- 3 Cups 1% Milk
- 1 Stick (8oz) Cabot Seriously Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Stick (8oz) Extra Cheddar (Cabot or Publix)

While potatoes are baking in saucepan make the following cheese sauce:

Melt 6 Tablespoons butter

Stir in 6 Tablespoons flour
- Slowly stir in 3 cups 1% milk

Continue to stir on low-medium heat until mixture thickens.

Then add 1 stick (8oz.) of Cabot Seriously Cheddar cheese and 1 stick (8ox.) of extra cheddar cheese(Cabot or Publix brand)

After cheese is melted in, taste. If not cheesy enough add more cheddar to your liking.

Pour cheese sauce over potatoes gently mixing through.

Bake @ 350 degrees until heated through (about 1/2 hour)
