Kale & Beans

Ingredients
- * oil
- * garlic
- * hot pepper flakes
- * kale (washed, chopped in bite sized pieces, cut stem in half
- * 1 cup water
- * 2 cans beans
Directions

Saute garlic and hot pepper flakes in oil

Add kale and and water

Cover pan and cook 30 minutes

Add beans
-
Add more water, if needed

Cook another 15 minutes
