Ingredients
- FOR CAKE:
- 1 stick of softened, unsalted butter
- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
- FOR ICING:
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/2 softened butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 Biscoff spread
- 1 cup powered sugar
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Add butter and Biscoff spread.

Mix until the batter looks like fine crumbs.

Heat cream slightly.

Add instant coffe to warmed cream.

Stir until it is all dissolved.

Add vanilla and cream to mixture.

Blend until well incorporated.

Cream in eggs.

Divide batter into cupcake liners.

Bake for 17 – 20 minutes.

Cool Completely befor frosting.
