Ingredients
- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon flavoring
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt (I prefer to use yogurt)
- 5 cup flour (plus more for rolling)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Frosting:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoon evaporated milk
Directions

Mix altogether.

Refrigerate overnight.

Roll out on floured surface to pencil thickness and cut out.

Place on cookie sheets.

Bake 350….time depends on how you like your cookies soft or crispy.

FROSTING:

Cream butter and sugar add vanilla and milk.

Sugar and milk amounts may vary depending on desired consistency of frosting you want.
