Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Filling:
- 2 8oz packages
- cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- *3 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 pint sour cream (16 oz container)
- 1/4 sugar
Directions

*can separate eggs and beat egg whites separate then fold into filling mix

CRUST

Mix all together, using fork press into bottom of rectangular glass pan.

FILLING

Mix filling ingredients and pour on top of crust.

Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.

Cool 15 minutes

TOPPING
-
Mix together and pour over top of partially baked cake.

Bake at 475 for 10 minutes.
