Ingredients
- 2 C diced carrots
- 2 C diced celery
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 8 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 lb beef cut in small pieces
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 gal chicken broth
- 1 lb barley
- 1/2 C veg oil
- Pepper to taste
- No salt needed if bouillon cubes added....salty enough
Directions

Saute carrots, celery, onions in oil until tender.

Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 90 mins.

Freezes well.
