Chocolate Swirl Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz) chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) reduced sugar cherry pie filling
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Topping
  • 1 (8oz) reduced fat cream cheese
  • Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine cake mix, pie filling , egg whites and vanilla.

  2. Spread into 13×9 pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. Set aside.

  3. In small bowl beat cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla.

  4. Add egg whites just until combines.

  5. Spread over batter and cut through batter with knife to swirl.

  6. Bake at 350 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean and topping is set.

  7. Cool.

  8. Store in fridge.
