Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef, cut into chunks.
- 6 to 8 carrots cut in chunks.
- 4 to 6 potatoes quartered.
- 2 onions quartered.
- 4 stalks celery cut in chunks.
- Herbs...whatever kind you like in your stews.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- Pepper to taste
- 1 can undiluted tomato soup
Directions

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT soup thoroughly in crock pot.

Pour soup over top….no need to mix in.

Cook in crock pot for 8 hours on low.

This recipe can also be cooked in the oven at 250 degrees for 4 hours. DON’T PEEK!
