Ingredients
- 3 kaffir lime leaves
- 1/2 t rock salt
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2t fresh chopped ginger
- 3T coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup kecap manis
- 600g diced lamb
Directions

start 4 hrs before cooking

soak your bamboo skewers in water for a couple of hours, then -

grind the kaffir lime leaves, salt, garlic and ginger to a paste, using mortar&pestle

chop the lamb to 2cm cubes and skewer it

smear with paste
-
drizzle w plenty of kecap manis

sprinkle w coriander leaves
-
smear the lamb around in the marinade

leave 2hrs if poss

grill or better bbq over coals, till well done
