Carmelized Pears

Ingredients

  • Bosc Pears butter
  • Ginger
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Pears halved and cored in a baking dish. Generous pats of butter on each one, a bit of salt, freshly grated ginger, sugar, cinnamon – all to taste. Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm as is or with ice cream. Makes its own sauce.

  2. Bake @425F.
