Best Ever Cold Slaw

Prep time: 2 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar

Directions

  1. Cook on medium heat until it comes to a boil….stirring constantly. It will thicken.

  2. Remove from heat and put in a refrig container. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. Mix equally with mayo and mix into chopped cabbage as needed.

  4. Refrigerate remaining mixture.

  5. The mixture will keep for up to 5 days refrigerated.
