Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil
- 1 bell pepper - chopped
- 1 med onion - chopped
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 10 eggs
- 1 pkg of small shrimp (salad) - de-thawed
- 1/2 pkg of honey ham - chopped into small strips
- 4 cups of rice
- 1/8 teaspoon of five spice or to taste
- soy sauce - to taste
- salt to taste

cook rice according to box directions – i microwave mine for speed (6 min)

In a separate pan scramble eggs until done.

In separate large pot, saute peppers, garlic and onions until soft. add shrimp and ham and cook a few minutes until shrimp is warmed. Add spice, soy sauce and eggs. Cook a few minutes then add rice. Add 1 cube of chicken broth and 1/4 cup of water to mix. Cook until water has been cooked off.
