Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted (?)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and line cupcake pan. Or grease and flour baking pan.

Blend dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt)

Separate eggs.

Cream the butter.

Beat the bananas and egg yolks into the butter, well mixed.

Beat the egg whites.

Add egg white to wet mix.

Fold the wet mix into the dry until mostly mixed.

Add milk and mix.

Spoon into the cups, and bake for 15-20 mins until toothpick comes out clean.
