Savory Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
- 1 squash
- 3 C cooked brown rice
- 1/2 C Chevre cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 15oz can black beans (Drained and rinsed)
Directions

eheat oven to 425.

Mix beans and rice.

Cut squash and seed.

Place squash face down on cookie sheet and bake 25-30 minutes.

Flip squash to face up and fill with rice and beans mixture.

Spread Chevre cheese over the top.

Bake 5-10 minutes, serve warm.
