Ingredients
- 1 lb refrigerated or frozen bread dough, thawed.
- 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3/4 c pizza sauce
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese
- pizza toppings
Directions

Heat grill to low heat.

Divide pizza dough in half, shape each piece into an 8" round.

Brush evenly with 1 tbsp oil.

Place pizza rounds, oil side down, directly on grate of grill.

Cook 5-7 minutes until bottoms of crusts are golden brown.

Brush tops with remaining oil, turn over.

Cover each pizza evenly with sauce, then sprinkle each with 1/2 c cheese.

Arrange toppings

Cover grill with lid and grill 5-7 minutes or until bottoms of pizzas are golden brown and cheese is melted.
