Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1/4 Lb. Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
- 4 Extra Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Juice
- 1/8 tsp. Kosher Salt
Directions

Cream the butter and beat in the sugar.

Add the eggs, one at a time, and then add the juice and salt. Mix until combined.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

It will thicken at about 170 degrees F.
