Low Carb Waffles

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tsp Splenda
  • 1 tsp Stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
  • 1 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together; batter will be very thick – do not thin it!

  2. Place heaping tablespoons of batter onto each section of a heated waffle iron and cook like normal waffles
