Low Carb Waffles

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp Splenda
- 1 tsp Stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1 tsp cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

Mix all ingredients together; batter will be very thick – do not thin it!

Place heaping tablespoons of batter onto each section of a heated waffle iron and cook like normal waffles
