Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons white wine
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 1 (2 ounce) package dried beef, chopped
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. 2. In a large skillet, saute onion in butter over a medium-low heat until the onion is tender. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.

3. 3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and dried beef into the skillet. Stir continuously until all of the ingredients are melted together. Pour the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish and top with the pecans.

4. 4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
