Ingredients
- 1 bag Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 8oz Cool Whip
- 2 3/4 cup milk
- 1 large instant chocolate pudding mix
Directions

Put melted butter in 9X13 cake pan.

Stir in crushed cookies, reserving 1 cup for topping.

Mix well and press into bottom of pan.

In a bowl, beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1 tub Cool Whip.

Spread mixture onto cookie crust in cake pan.

Refrigerate.

In a bowl, mix pudding mix & milk until thickened.

Spread onto cream cheese layer in pan.

Spread 2nd tub Cool Whip over pudding layer.

Sprinkle reserved crushed cookies on top.

Refrigerate until set.
