Serve it with pieces of pumpernickel bread, or in a bread bowl made from a round pumpernickel loaf. Very easy and tasty!"

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 1 (8 ounce) jar dried beef, chopped

In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, dry Italian-style salad dressing mix and dried beef. Cover and chill in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight, before serving.
