Dilly Beans

Ingredients
- green beans, fresh
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 head dill, or equivalent of dill weed
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1/4 cup pure salt, not iodized
Directions

Wash and stem green beans.

Pack them in hot, sterilized pint canning jars.

To each jar, add cayenne, garlic & dill in measurements listed above.

Heat vinegar, water and pure salt to boiling.

Pour boiling liquid in jars and seal.
