Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 6 - 8 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups onion, chopped
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 T vinegar
- 1 T sugar
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl.

Mix last 3 ingredients in medium bowl.

Pour soup mixture over potato mixture and combine well.

Pour all in large, greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 for 45 – 60 minutes.
