French Onion Burgers

Can be served on buns or on a plate with mashed potatoes on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef or venison
  • 1 can French Onion Soup
  • 4 slices cheese

Directions

  1. Shape burger into 4 patties.

  2. Heat skillet and add patties.

  3. Cook until well browned on each side.

  4. Remove patties from skillet & pour off fat.

  5. Add soup to skillet and heat to boil.

  6. Return patties to skillet and reduce heat to low.

  7. Cover & cook 5 minutes or until patties cooked through.

  8. Top patties with cheese.

  9. Serve with soup mixture.
