French Onion Burgers

Can be served on buns or on a plate with mashed potatoes on the side.

Ingredients
- 1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef or venison
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 4 slices cheese
Directions

Shape burger into 4 patties.

Heat skillet and add patties.

Cook until well browned on each side.

Remove patties from skillet & pour off fat.

Add soup to skillet and heat to boil.

Return patties to skillet and reduce heat to low.

Cover & cook 5 minutes or until patties cooked through.

Top patties with cheese.

Serve with soup mixture.
