Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb burger
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 qt stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 - 2 cups water
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Brown beef & onion.

  2. Drain.

  3. Add remaining ingredients,(do not drain beans or corn) except cheese.

  4. Simmer 15 minutes.

  5. Top with cheese when serving.
