Ingredients
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 lb bacon, sausage and/or ham, cooked
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cup milk
Directions

Grease 9X13 baking dish.

Put 1/2 cheeses in bottom of dish.

Saute mushrooms, onions & gr pepper in butter.

Pour mixture over cheese.

Add cooked meat for next layer.

Add rest of cheeses.

Whisk eggs, flour & milk in bowl.

Pour over layers in baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
