  1. Soak karamani overnight and cook it.

  2. Grind coconut,Soombu and poppy seeds

  3. Fry in sesame oil mustard, vendhayam, curry leaves, chopped onion, garlic(3-4) until it turns brown.

  4. Add sambar powder,chilli powder, turmeric powder and tomato(1) until tomatoes are mashed.

  5. Add the cooked karamani and tamarind(small lemon size) pulp to it and boil until oil separates.

  6. Finally add the grounded mixture and boil it.
