Ingredients

  • Sprout the whole moong dal by alternating soaking in water and draining.
  • Boil the dal.Grind coconut,red chillies,tamarind,little cooked dal.
  • Add the mixture to boiling dal,turmeric powder and cook unilt it thickens.Garnish with mustard,coriander leaves,curry leaves,perungaayam
