  1. Fry and grind k.paruppu,red chillies,dhania,vendhayam and jeera.

  2. Chop brinjal into small pieces and fry with onion in oil.Add tamarind and salt.

  3. Cook them for a while and add cooked toordal. When the brinjal is cooked add the grounded mixture. Keep in flame until one boil
