Add ghee,oil(1:1) in pan and fry poppy seeds(1tsp), soombu(2tsp),bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon,green chillies,GG paste.

Add onion ,mint (5leaves),salt, garam masala,(1 ½ tsp),tomato(1),veggies and fry them.

Add the soaked rice, Curd(2tbsp) and cook.
