  1. Cut the plaintains in round shape and deep fry them in little oil. Grind coconut,soombu,GG paste,chilli powder,salt,little onion.

  2. Add the grounded mixture to the fried plaintain and mix it.Keep aside for 20min.

  3. Splutter mustard,ulad,curry leaves in oil and add the mixture to it.Saute for a while in SIM
