Mango Jello/Ice Cream

Directions

  1. For Jello use 3 sachet of Knox unflavoured gelatine. For ice cream use 1 sachet.

  2. Add warm water to gelatine and leave for a minute.

  3. Blend the gelatine & while doing add 1 cup water,1 can kear mango pulp,1 condensed milk & 18oz whip cream.

  4. Blen all well and refrigrate in foil tray.
