  1. Fry in oil the paneer & keep aside.To prevent from becoming hard-soak the fried paneer in lemon squeeze warm water.

  2. Boil the spinach with cumin seeds for a while and soak in cold water after boiled.

  3. Fry in oil/ghee onion,ginger grated,garlic(opt).tomato.Add garam masala,coriander powder,cumin powder,cinnamon,cloves,cardamom-powders

  4. Fry the above & add the blended spinach.once the spinach is cooked add the paneer and add lemon.
