  1. Fry onion(2med size for 10), jeera, rice(little), sesame seeds(2tsp), 2pinch vendhayam, pepper(4) and saute it.

  2. Soak cashew,badam,groundnut & grind to smooth paste with the above.

  3. Add more oil(gingely) to splutter mustard,u.paruppu,soombu,vendhayam,onion lengthwise and tomato.Saute and add the brinjal split.

  4. After the brinjal is cooked add the grounded mixture and boil until oil oozes out.
