  1. fry and powder the dhania(1 ½ tsp), k.pruppu(1spn), red chillies(5), pattai(4), kiraambu(6), soombu(little), kasakasa( ½ spn), jeera(1spn), vendhayam(little), pepper(> ½spn).

  2. Boil rice and toordal separately.rice : dal = 1: 1 ½

  3. fry in oil the onion, tomato(opt), veggies,turmeric,perungaayam,grounded powder.

  4. Add the rice,t.paruppu,salt,tamarind(little),brown sugar and more water.

  5. cook for a whistle.Add coriander leaves,curry leaves.Add ghee while serving.
