blender hollandaise sauce

Ingredients
- 1 egg yolks
- 1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/8 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabascoâ„¢)
- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons butter (if using olive oil use a smidge less and be careful not to let the olive oil get too hot or you'll cook the eggs!)
