Chocolate Macadamia Biscuits

Yummy version of the ‘bought biscuit’

Ingredients
- 125 g butter, softened
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1/2 C castor sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 C self raising flour
- 3/4 C macadamia nuts, chopped roughly
- 200 g chocolate buttons, chopped roughly
Directions

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla.

Ad flour, nuts and chocolate and mix until smooth.

Place balls of dough onto paper-lined tray, press with fork to flatten slightly.

Bake at 170oC approx 15 minutes.

Leave on tray couple of minutes to firm up, then cool on wire rack.
