Cream Cheese Cake

(from Theresa Loving’s recipe box)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 3 T. sugar
  • Mix and line a 8 in. by 8 in. pan.
  • Filling:
  • 2-8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 T. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine and beat until smooth. Pour into pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix topping and spread over top. Bake at 475 for 4 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
