Chicken with White Wine & Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oilve oil
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 thinly sliced onion
  • 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves
  • 10 ounces cremini mushrooms
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tub Knorr Homesytle Chicken Stock
  • 2 tablespoons sliced basil leaves

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Brown chicken in oil.

  3. Remove chicken from pan and reserve drippings.

  4. Cook onion with garlic in reserved drippings until onion is tender.

  5. Stir in mushrooms and cook.

  6. Stir in wine and cream.

  7. Bring to a boil.

  8. Reduce heat to low and simmer until slightly reduced.

  9. Stir in Knorr Homestyle Stock and stock is all melted.

  10. Return chicken to the pan.

  11. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
