Ingredients
- 2 t sage
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5# pork roast
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 T corn starch
- 1/4 C balsalmic vinegar
- 1/4 C water
- 2 T soy
Directions

Mix rub and rub onto roast overnight. Cook roast @ 425 degrees to 150 on meat thermometer (21/2 to 3 hrs)

Mix sauce in small pan – heat until thick.

Drizzle over roast last 1/2 hr of cooking
