Zesty Carrots

Grandma used to make this every Thanksgiving

Ingredients
- 4 large carrots
- 2 T grated onion
- 1/2 C mayo
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 T butter
- 1/2 C liquid from carrots
- 2 T horseradish
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 C dry bread crumbs
Directions

Slice and cook carrots until tender.

Mix onion, horseradish, mayo, water, salt, and pepper.

Mix carrots in, pour into a greased casserole.

Butter bread crumbs and spread on top.

Bake @ 375 for 20 min.
