Pear Pie (custard)

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Heavy Cream
- 2 c. Diced Pear
- Top is Dusted with: 1 T. Sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

Blend flour and Sugar.

Add cream and mix well.

Stir in pears.

Put into unbaked pie shell.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.

Bake 400* 30-50 minutes.

Convection 325* 20-40 minutes
