Pumpkin Loaf

Makes 1 loaf

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 5 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 1/4 c flour (carefully measured)
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 1/8 tsp ginger

Directions

  1. Reset oven to 350. Butter and flour pan.

  2. Blend wet ingredients and set aside.

  3. Whisk together dry ingredients.

  4. Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet.

  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
