Ingredients
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2/3 c butter
- 2 C sugar
- 2 eggs plus 2 yolks
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 2/3 C flour
- 1 C finely chopped nuts
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 T butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 4-6 T milk
Directions

Melt in chocolate and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat.

Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Beat well and stir in flour and nuts.

Shape into small balls.

Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 8-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool.

For the icing, use the last five ingredients. Melt chocolate and butter. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well. Dip tops of cookies into place.

Allow to dry completely before storing in tightly covered container with wax paper between layers.
