- Chunna Dal - 4tbsp
- 1/4th Mustard
- 1/4th Jeera
- 6-7 groundnut
- sesame seeds 2tbsp
- 1cloves
- gg paste optional

Fry and powder ulad, chunna, mustard, jeera, groundnut, sesame.

Mix with gg paste and little oil to get the consistency to stuff in brinjal

ter stuffing cook in pan closed with the water in lid in heat 3.

Before 5min removing from flame add little milk.
