Ingredients
- 4-6 apples, diced, leave peels
- 3 Granny Smith
- 3 Delicious
- 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple, drained and dry. (dryer, the better)
- 2 cups dry roasted peanuts: finely chopped
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 16 oz Cool Whip
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions

Put diced apples in pineapple juice to keep them from turning brown.

Drain and pat dry apples. Mix with nuts. Set aside.

Mix pineapple with eggs, Cool Whip, sugar, flour, and vinegar.

Add in apples and nuts.

Keep refrigerated.
