Homemade Granola Cereal

Note: Add walnuts and or pecans after the dish has completed cooking.

Ingredients
- 8 cups regular (not quick) oats
- 1 1/4 cups coconut
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup wheat germ
- Nuts (any kind you like, pecans, walnuts, almonds…)
- Sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp salt.
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions

Mix dry ingredients.

Then mix oil, water, and vanilla in a separate bowl and then add to dry ingredients.

Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes.

Cool.

Can add dried cranberries, raisins or dates if desired after cereal has cooled.
