Ingredients
- 1 package dry yeast
- 2 cups lukewarm milk
- 4 eggs separated
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Directions

Sprinkle yeast over warm milk.

Stir to dissolve.

Add beaten egg yolks and vanilla.

Add remaining ingredients except for egg whites.

Beat egg whites separately and fold into batter.

Let batter stand in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until it doubles.

Bake in a waffle maker.

Can add any toppings desired.
