Ingredients
- 11 oz. black beans in juice
- 15 oz. kidney beans, drained & rinsed
- 15 oz. garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed
- 16 oz. baked beans
- 14 1/2 oz, chopped tomato puree
- 15 oz. corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 oz. diced chillies
- 1-2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. cilantro
Directions

In a sauce pan, saute onion, red pepper, zucchini & celery for about 5 min.

In crockpot, combine all ingredients and cook on low for 6 hours.
