Salmon with Mustard Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves garlic minced ( I used powder)
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper ( I skipped this)
  • 2 Tbs. coarse-grained mustard
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets

Directions

  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray ( I used a Griddler)

  2. For mustard-dill sauce, combine garlic, dill, lemon peel, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mustard and oil in medium bowl.

  3. Spread some sauce over the salmon fillets

  4. Grill,covered, 4 to 6 minutes per side ( or just 4 to 6 min. with the Griddler)

  5. Top with remaining sauce, dill or lemon
