Ingredients
- Pork Shoulder (about 4 pounds)
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 1 tsp cumin
- cilantro
- olive oil
- 1 tblsp white vineagar
Directions

Brown pork shoulder in olive oil in pan, on all sides

Add pork and remaining ingredients into crock pot

Cook on high for 6-7 hours

Shred and put over rice or tortillas
